💃🕺 Help Make Our Middle School Dance a Success!

 

Our Middle School Dance is coming up, and we’d love your help making it a fun and memorable evening for our students!

 

📅 Friday, October 16
⏰ 4:30–6:00 PM
📍 Westlake K–8 Campus – Cafeteria/Gym

 

Families can support the dance in whatever way works best for them — donate an item, volunteer your time, or both!

 

🍕 Donate Items

We’re looking for donations to help provide food and refreshments for our students, including pizza, drinks, chips, cookies, and other needed items.

 

Donation Drop-Off – Friday, October 16:

🍕 Pizza: Please deliver between 3:30–4:15 PM to the school office/cafeteria.

🥤 All Other Donations: Please drop off at the school office anytime before 4:00 PM and let the office know the items are for the Middle School Dance.

 

🙋 Volunteer at the Dance

We also need parent volunteers to help everything run smoothly! Volunteer opportunities include:

  • Setup
  • Chaperoning
  • Cleanup

Every donation and volunteer shift helps us create a great experience for our middle school students. Thank you for helping make the dance a success!

Please donate 1-liter bottles of soda. Popular options include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Root Beer, Dr Pepper, or similar varieties. Please feel free to choose any combination! Please deliver to the office before 4pm on Friday 10/16.
